How many people or companies can afford to spend a large amount of their time for change? How many succeed in changing big in a period of 1-2 years? Such projects fail and maybe it is time to integrate improvement in your daily work instead of trying to transform big.

Big changes make problems transparent and stop after some time due to demotivation. Big changes have the side effect that organisations focus on their weaknesses and not on their strengths.

We train, coach and mentor individuals and large groups how to continously improve by investing only a small amount of time. We show them how to integrate change naturally in their daily business.

Out method promotes small safe steps at individual and group level.

We show individuals & organisations how to structure change within a fast changing environment in a way that includes different perspectives and insights. Not only the perspective of the few. We create a systemic navigation map for problems, strengths and actions to structure change so that you can move forward and also make corrections.

With more than 20 years of experience in product developement and transformation projects in DAX companies we have learned to form our way.

We have worked with different organisational units of IT and Product Management and have increased alignment, simplified processes in large organisations, but also helped startups to build structure for continous growth.

We have a large toolbox of methods but we do not believe in one solution for all. You need to cope with the system around you and learn to plan and communicate in uncertaint times. This together with the right methods for you is fundamental for sustainable continous improvement.

We show you how to organise one single workshop so that you can structure your change

We collect insights about problems, strengths and current proposals for moving forward and systemically connect them to one story that makes sense for your team. We use a framework which was developed by us.

2. Focus

Focus only on one thing

We support you to focus as an organisation only on one "small" change and finish it within a short period of 2-3 weeks.

3. Learn

We co-create a learning environment, by repeating the above process 3 times.

Within this period of time you can plan to take over your change as an organisation and move forward on your own.
